Poetry For The Broken

When you feel happy, I’m overjoyed

When you feel down, I’m crawling

When you feel sad, I’m miserable

When you feel something, I feel it twice as strong..

In another time, another place
You and I are a couple
We happily flaunt our togetherness
Towards the world, in which knows not of such love
A world, which is so vast
That not one person can ever wish to conquer
But yet, when you are so close
My body emits such a conquered soul
The feeling that you, my world
Have conquered such.

In that world,
I am satisfied to have you by my side
and I by yours.
In the winter, we would watch the snow by the window
while the wood crackle in the fireplace
In between my hands are your heavenly fair fingers
snuggled and tightly embraced
While my other hand clutches your slim waist
Never wanting to let go
Your beautiful locks of hair upon my chest
My heart able to read the thought inside your head

My wish of this universe is the reality of another
Here, you have yet to acknowledge my existence
We are as close as East is to the West
Or Winter is to Summer
Or Birth is to Death.
In this world, I yearn to have what my counterparts have in abudance
You.

Our lives paralleled on the grid of life 
Never meant to meet
But by chance, fate broke the status quo
Our lives slowly got closer to each other
closer than asymptotes
But not yet like that of lovers
Then finally we join together in one point in our life
The high point of your existance touches mine
And somewhere within the tangent lines
Our lives runs as one
Feeling of happiness seems like infinity
Until one of us hits the falling action
And the resolution becomes our lives parallels once again

Love at first sight
Can be perceived either wrong or right
My feelings for you so strong
That at times i think of doing my girlfriend wrong
But the guts I do not have
And I just write my feelings into a poem or a song

At times I wonder
Do you have feelings for me as well?
Does my name, in your brain ring a bell?
Have you ever thought of what could have been?
Does your mind ever fonder?

Is my happiness bounded by your existence?
Even when time takes a toll on us both
And we wither away like highway roads
My happiness surrounded by your roses and thorns
In the chapter of us that never unfold

You have kept my love and never returned it back
Like a hunter whos deer heads he keeps on a rack
Unused and unseen by anyone but himself
Like the deer I was, caught in your trap unable to recieve help

Will we ever fall in love with one another?
Or will we be strangers forever?

My love for you is like that of a purgatory soul
lost, with no where to go but wait
Though in Destiny’s plan I have faith
That when the right time comes
And you have finally seen that I love you more than any other
Your arm’s open wide in welcome
To embrace your longing lover.

In pain, I longed for your embrace
Tears endlessly flow like the rain
Your last words left me in daze
Hard it was to keep myself sane

Years ago it has happened
But yet my heart never less saddened
When my world crumbled into pieces
Your lips that has stolen from me, many kisses

Nights of endless conversations and happy celebrations
Gone like the cold winds of winter in the eve of summer
“I love you” whispers and your touching sensations
Now and forever just another figment of my imagination

Miserable as a dog, I was
Locked in the cage of pain of what has passed

I’m slowly losing interest. You just aren’t exciting as you use to be
